This Privacy Policy explains how Extreme Roofing Solutions, LLC (“ERS,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Instant Metal Quote (“IMQ,” the “Service”). IMQ is a business tool used by roofing contractors (“Customers”) to prepare quotes for their clients (“Homeowners”).

1. Information we collect

Account data - name, email, phone, company, and role for users who sign in (including via Google Sign-In). Quote & project data - property addresses, measurements, and Homeowner contact details that a Customer enters to prepare a quote. Payment data - handled by QuickBooks / Intuit; we never receive or store full card numbers. Technical data - IP address, device/browser info, and security/audit logs.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service, generate quotes, process subscription and deposit payments, authenticate users, maintain security and audit trails, provide support, and comply with law.

3. How we share information

With the Customer (contractor) on whose behalf data is processed; with service providers that power the Service - QuickBooks / Intuit (payments), Google (sign-in), Resend (email), and our internal ERS CRM (account/profile records); and as required by law. For Homeowner personal information entered by a Customer, ERS acts as a processor/service provider on that Customer’s behalf; a Data Processing Addendum is available to Customers.

4. Data retention

We retain account and quote data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and audit purposes, then delete or anonymize it under our retention schedule. [Specify retention periods with counsel.]
